My goal as a maker is to create an opportunity for people who may not seek out traditional fine art, capture a part of it in their everyday life.

I am Laura Cott, a multidisciplinary painter, educator, and artist living in Western New York.
I specialize in watercolor and mixed media painting with a focus on the natural world as my subject. All paintings, products and accessories are created, painted and designed by me. I'm available for licensing and freelance design work.

The work reflects my natural surroundings and the visual storytelling through landscape, loose florals, and patterns. I paint with the intention for paintings to be grouped, mixed, matched, and married between my many collections.
Though each painting may be different, my style is present in each and helps blend subjects and encourages styling based on your favorite pairings!
