ALCOHOL INK FLUID FLORALS

Explore alcohol ink and its application in painting to create a one-of-a-kind floral painting on Yupo paper. In this class, students will use inks to mimic watercolor's effect in bold and vivid colors and draw from flower references to emphasize a flower's properties like petal shape, stems, and floral groupings. Students will experiment with ink application and leave with a basic understanding of how to pursue the medium further.
At the end of class, students will receive a 11" x14" matte package for their painting, perfect to pop in a frame!
