Capture the moody essence of the Forest Watercolor!

Mini Forest Scenes in Watercolor is a fun-sized practice in intuitive watercolor painting. Inspired by the greenery of the woods, we will compose a "miniature" 6' x 6" finished landscape painting framed by white space. Our focus will be on tonal greens, wet on wet blending, and the atmospheric composition of trees blending in the distance. Students will work with warm-up exercises to get them comfortable with beginner watercolor practices and work toward a completed piece!

Students will receive a workbook to follow along with the instructor during the class!

Level:

This class is great for beginners, as well as those students who are looking to expand their current skills.

Though this is a beginner class, this is an excellent class for students at the intermediate level looking to push their understanding of layering in wet on wet.

Age:

This class is appropriate for ages 18+.
